9bdd Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

9bdd is an online betting and casino entertainment platform operated for sports enthusiasts in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the 9bdd platform's website, services, games, and all related activities.

It is each user's responsibility to read and accept these Terms. 9bdd reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the site. Continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older to use the 9bdd platform. It is strictly prohibited for any minor to open an account or use the platform. 9bdd reserves the right to immediately close an account if a user provides a false age.

2.2 Account Registration Terms

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. The following individuals may not open an account:

• Anyone under the age of 21
• Employees of 9bdd or their immediate family members
• Those whose accounts have been previously closed
• Those who have applied for voluntary self-exclusion

2.3 Account Security

Users are required to keep their account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use the account is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to 9bdd immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on the 9bdd platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before requesting a withdrawal. The withdrawal method is not required to match the deposit method, however 9bdd reserves the right to return funds via the original deposit method if necessary. Withdrawals may be temporarily held for review in case of suspicious transactions.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. No payment method registered in the name of a third party may be used. 9bdd reserves the right to cancel the account and confiscate funds in case of a violation of this rule.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users at 9bdd will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Promotion Rules

The following rules apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion may have its own specific terms and conditions.
• A single promotion cannot be used across multiple accounts.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device for the purpose of claiming bonuses is prohibited.
• 9bdd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses will be cancelled if evidence of fraudulent activity is found.

5. VIP Program

The 9bdd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

Tier changes are based on playing frequency and activity. VIP benefits apply only to active account holders. Cashback is automatically added to the account and is withdrawable subject to applicable terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bdd platform:

6.1 Fraud & Manipulation

• Playing using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Any attempt to influence game outcomes or random number generators.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to harm the platform.

6.2 Money Laundering

Using the 9bdd platform for the purpose of money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and authorities will be notified where required.

6.3 Account Security Violations

• Intentionally exploiting any security vulnerability in the system.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Any attempt to disrupt the platform's services.

7. Responsible Gaming

9bdd believes that gambling or betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

7.1 Self-Exclusion Option

If a user feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they may request that their account be temporarily or permanently suspended.

7.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, whereas increasing a limit takes effect after a specified waiting period.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

A bet once confirmed on 9bdd generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in the event of a technical error or event cancellation, 9bdd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the deposited amount.

8.2 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over the result of any game or bet, 9bdd's decision will be considered final. All game results are determined according to the game provider's server records.

8.3 System Errors

9bdd will not be liable for any loss arising from technical issues, server outages, or communication disruptions. In such situations, 9bdd will review the affected transactions and attempt to provide an appropriate resolution.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at 9bdd's Initiative

9bdd may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Failure to cooperate with the account verification process.

10.2 Closure at the User's Initiative

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. The user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, subject to applicable terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

9bdd accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Issues caused by software errors from third-party game providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Financial loss resulting from losing a game.
